Edyk Limited (Company No. 13378835) is the data controller for the details you send us through this website. Our registered office is 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

When you use the contact form or the quote form, we collect:

• your name, email address and phone number
• your location or postcode
• the project details you give us, such as project type, services needed and your message

We use these details only to reply to you and to prepare a quote. We don't sell them and we don't share them for marketing.

Our legal basis is that we process your details to respond to your enquiry and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

When you send a form, your details are emailed to us using Resend, a service that delivers the form to our inbox on our behalf. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site at the moment. If that changes, we'll update this page.

If we don't go on to work together, we keep your enquiry for up to 2 years and then delete it. If we do work together, we keep your details for as long as we need them to deliver the project and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the details we hold about you
• correct anything that's wrong
• delete your details
