Questions
How long does a restaurant fit‑out take?
A typical restaurant fit-out takes 10–16 weeks on site, depending on size and kitchen requirements. Design and approvals usually take a further 6–12 weeks beforehand.
Do you handle kitchen extraction?
Yes. We coordinate kitchen layout and extraction design with specialist engineers so it meets building regulations, environmental health and landlord requirements.
Can you work with my existing brand or designer?
Absolutely. We can develop the design from scratch or build from your designer's or brand's drawings.
Do you take over existing restaurants?
Yes – many clients take over a previous restaurant unit. We assess what can be reused and what must be replaced, which can save significant cost.
